Balmain Spring/Summer 2014

Zu Balmain fällt mir immer ein Wort ein: edgy. Eine Mischung aus übercool, aber dennoch tragbar und mit einem gewissen Twist.  Und obwohl dies eine Sommerkollektion ist, würde sie auch  perfekt in diese festive Zeit des Jahres passen. Das dachte ich mir ,als ich mir vor wenigen Tagen die Fotos ansah und bei der Kombination aus eisigen Pastelltönen und dem silbrigen Strass an eine Eisprinzessin dachte. Klingt sehr kitschig, wären da nicht noch die eher rockigen Outfits mit gestepptem Leder, Karo- und Hahnentrittmuster und Metallkettenbordüren. Und der von mir so geliebte Mix aus groben und leichten Materialien komplettiert durch glitzernde Cut-outs.

And my beloved combination of thick and light fabrics, which is completed by sparkly cut-outs.

Ich weiß nicht woran es liegt, aber in letzter Zeit bin ich immer und immer wieder in den DM und Rossmann gewandert und hab nach neuen Produkten Ausschau gehalten. Und wenn die Produkte dann auch noch reduziert sind, schlägt die Sale-queen natürlich zu.:)Deshalb heute Teil 1 meines Beautyhauls.

 Ich brauchte eine neue Augencreme, also habe ich zum Marbert Jubiläumsset gegriffen, denn es gab noch eine Feuchtigkeitscreme gratis dazu. Und neu entdeckt: eine Miniversion von den Paris Hilton Düften. Perfekte Travelsize. Paris Hilton South Beach.

Und ausserdem super viele Nagellacke mit verschiedenen Effekten.

Autumn almost over

Kann es sein, dass die Zeit immer schneller und schneller vergeht? Es ist doch wirklich unglaublich, dass ich schon auf der Suche nach Weihnachtsgeschenken bin und die Weihnachtsmärkte in wenigen Tagen eröffnen.
Für den Herrn Spikie habe ich auch schon das 1. Geschenk. Rentierohren und ein Glöckchenhalsband.:)

Ich war mal wieder bei Tkmaxx und bin durch die Kosmetikecke gewuselt und da habe ich bei den Parfums diese Verpackung gesehen.Vivienne Westwoods "Cheeky Alice". Für nur 10 Euro. Da dachte ich mir schon: Hä, so günstig?:)Die Produktbeschreibung war leider überklebt und als ich es dann zuhause öffnete, die Enttäuschung! Eine Bodylotion!:) Aber es riecht so wunderbar blumig  und jetzt benutze es ab und zu als Parfumersatz.
Parfumbeschreibung: "Die Kopfnoten der Komposition sind sanfte Akkorde von Maiglöckchen. Pfingstrose und Rose machen das Herz des Duftes aus. Die Basis ist um holzige Noten und Moschus konstruiert." Außerdem ein großes Lob an die Verpackungsdesigner, weshalb ich das Produkt auch einmal posten wollte. Zu Kaufen z.B. hier.

Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 14 - Sicilian Fairy

Komischerweise habe ich diese Kollektion erst vor einigen Tagen zu Gesicht bekommen, denn auf der Seite wwd.com ,auf der ich mir normalerweise alle Kollektionen der jeweiligen Fashionweeks anschaue (da chronologisch geordnet), war die von Dolce & Gabbana nicht dabei. Dies fiel mir erst auf, als ich mit allen Designern durch war und dachte:Warte, da fehlt doch noch jemand.
Immer ein Highlight und typischer italienisch geht ja kaum. Man könnte meinen, einige Models kämen direkt aus der Antike, aus den römischen Mythen. Nymphen und Göttinen. Ein großer Trend ist auch hier vertreten: 3D-Blumenapplikationen.

Buy of the Day - Wedge-Sneakers

Das erste Mal sind wir Keilabsatzsneaker in der Show "Das perfekte Model" aufgefallen, als Karolina Kurkova sie mehrmals trug. Das war vor einem Jahr und bisher hat mich der Hype nie mitgerissen, aber jetzt kam ich doch zu einem Paar. Dank Tkmaxx. Denn diese glitzernen Treter waren auf nur 15 Euro reduziert und da konnte ich zu Glitzerschuhen einfach nicht Nein sagen.:)
