London Fashion Week - Part 2

Im Vergleich zu New York hatte London mehr Farben und Muster zu bieten. Im Großen und Ganzen fand ich die Kollektionen einfach interessanter und innovativer. Auch hier ein Megatrend : Oversize, ganz besonders oft waren überdimensionierte Ärmel zu sehen.
Leder kam auch viel zum Einsatz, wie z.B. bei Giles in (Gold)-Glanz-optik. Allgemein gab es viel Glanz und Glitzer: Pailletten, schimmernde Stoffe, Strass und goldene Applikationen. Wie in meiner Lieblingskollektion von Julien McDonald.
 Compared to New York, London had to offer more colours and prints. Overall I think the collections were more interesting and innovative. Here a big trend too: Oversize, often to be seen: Oversized sleeves.
In general there was a lot of glitter and glamour: sequins, shiny fabrics, rhinestones and golden and silver ornaments. Like in my favorite collection from Julien Mcdonald.

What I wore - Deep Freeze

Naaaa. Draussen ists mal wieder suuuper kalt. Mir kommts echt vor wie ein Winter ohne Ende. Ekelhaft! Ich hab ja sogar heute schon davon geträumt, dass ich in nem Reisebüro war und nen Flug nach Hawaii oder Australien buchen wollte. Wenn das nicht was bedeutet...;) Hier mein Outfit von heute : Kuschelpelzjacke und gefütterte Winterstiefel um der Kälte zu trotzen. Später noch ein paar Detailshots.
Heyyyy. Today once again it's freezing cold outside. It strikes me that the winter has no end.  How awful!
Today I even dreamed about beeing in a tourist agency, to book a flight to Hawaii or Australia. What could this possibly mean?;) Here my outfit of the day : a cozy fake fur jacket and lined boots to brave the cold. Later on son detailshots.
