Holidays in Italy - Vatican Museums - Part 1

Immernoch über 40 Grad, aber trotzdem hatten wir wieder Lust auf Sightseeing. Da es die darauffolgenden Tage ja auch nicht kälter werden sollte, machten wir uns dann auf in Richtung Vatikan und zu den berühmten Vatikanischen Museen, die ich ja schon sehnlichst letztes Jahr bei unserem Kurzaufenthalt besichtigen wollte, die aber an dem Tag, nach unserer Petersdombesichtigung, schon geschlossen hatten (Flashback -hier!).
Also start des 2. Versuchs
//Still over 40 degrees, but we were in the mood to do some sightseeing. So this day we went to the Vatican Museum, which I wanted to visit in the worst way, when we were in Rome last year and when it was already closed after we visited the St.Peters Basilica (Flashback - here!)
So this year our next attempt!

Fall13 - Sweaters

fall13 - sweaters von laury-ben, One Teaspoon sweaters enthaltend

Noch ein Must-have diesen Herbst: mit Nieten, Perlen oder großen Strasssteinen, vorzugsweise an den Schultern und/oder am Kragen, bestickte Sweatshirts. Diverse Modelle habe ich jetzt bereits bei H&M oder Tkmaxx gesichtet. Vermutlich (wieder einmal) basierend auf einem Isabell Marant-Entwurf(in der Collage unten links).Und was für ein Zufall, es heißt auch noch "Ostia Top", passend zu meinen letzten Urlaubsposts.:)
//Another musthave this fall: studded or beaded sweaters, preferably with embroidery on the shoulders or the collar. I've already seen different versions at H&M or Tkmaxx. I assume, that it's (once again) inspired by a design by Isabel Marant(in the collage,bottom left. And what a coincidence, it's named the "Ostia top",matching with my latest holidayposts.;)

Holidays in Italy - Ostia moderna

Nachdem wir das antike Ostia besichtigt hatten, wollten wir uns dann auch das moderne anschaun. Also machten wir einen kleinen Abstecher am Abend dorthin. Da wir (jungen Leute) keine Disco oder Beachparty in der Nähe auftreiben konnten, mussten wir unser Abendprogramm diesmal ganz spiessig gestalten, mit spazieren- und essen gehn.:) Und hier trage ich auch mein Candy Crush Kleid.
//After we visited the ancient city of Ostia, we now wanted to visit the actual one. Because we (young people) couldn't find a disco or beachpartyclub near our residence, we had to pass the time with some conservative evening entertainment, go for a walk and have dinner at a restaurant. And here I wore my candy crush dress.:)
