Berlin - Here we are!

Nachdem wir also spontan das Blind Booking bei Germanwings gemacht hatten, war nach dem Buchungsvorgang dann auch unser Reiseziel bekannt. Wir hofften natürlich auf ein "exotischeres" Ziel, bekamen aber Berlin. Da ich das letzte Mal vor 8 Jahren dort war und noch einige Sightseeingpunkte abzuklappern hatte, war's mir ganz recht. Nur waren die Flugzeiten nicht grad optimal, denn unser Hinflug war erst mittags, so dass wir erst um 6 Uhr abends im Hotel in Berlin angekommen sind. Natürlich haben wir uns dann direkt wieder auf den Weg gemacht und sind ein wenig über den Kurfürstendamm gebummelt und haben dann ganz in der Nähe unseres Hotels eine Bar gefunden, in der man Cocktails trinken (jahaa,es war sogar noch Happy Hour:) und auch gut mexikanisch essen konnte.
//So we did the Blind Booking with Germanwings and right after the accounting process, we knew where we were heading. We hoped for a more "exotic" destination, but the journey took us to Berlin. I was happy with it, because for a long time I haven't been there, and I still wanted to see so many sights. Only the flying times weren't that good, because our outbound flight was at midday, so we arrived at our hotel at 6 in the evening. But right away we went out to take stroll down the Kurfürstendamm and then found a bar with Cocktails and delicous mexican food.
